CARMO’S WINE ATELIER
At the Alto Minho, the tradition of producing wines maintains close ties with the small rural farm. Carmo’s aims to contribute for this not to be lost in process, with its white wine canteen, with traditional equipments, wine barrels… wood presses… oak barrels… producing white wine “open spout”. Understanding how the traditional concepts added to new practices results in qualitative improvement of the new white wines.
